Course Structure, Modules & Key Features

The full-time Master’s programme leads to a “Master of Science (M. Sc.)” and comprises 120 ECTS over four semesters at the Heidelberg location. It is taught in English and focuses on developing a comprehensive understanding of how organisations plan and manage transformation processes. Students build knowledge in enterprise architectures, strategic management, integrated business processes as well as modern technology and data platforms. Building on this foundation, the programme emphasises analysing transformation projects, developing target visions and actively shaping change processes. Strategic and operational perspectives are combined through topics such as process analysis, portfolio management and change enablement. In the advanced phase, students focus on scaling and governing transformations, including governance, risk and compliance aspects. They can specialise in data architecture or solution architecture to sharpen their professional profile.
